We partner with leading software provider Bazaarvoice to collect, moderate, and display genuine customer reviews. The Bazaarvoice Trust Mark on our website shows our commitment to honest feedback. Bazaarvoice uses both automated tools and human moderators to verify that each review comes from real customers. Their technology detects fake or incentivized reviews, and we only remove reviews if they violate clear moderation guidelines. Our review process complies with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 regarding fake reviews.

How do we collect reviews

We contact eligible customers post-purchase via email, asking them to submit reviews on products they’ve bought. Customers are incentivised to complete the review via the method by being entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Gift Card. The reward is aimed to encourage customers to leave a review with their honest opinion and feedback, and not to influence the content of the review itself.

Shared reviews include a badge stating they are syndicated. If any of our partner brands collect reviews using BazaarVoice, we can also display these on our site. These reviews are badged with a link back to the relevant brand’s website.
