No, the younger sizes of this, e.g. 3 years, 4 years, 5 years, also have a functional button as the top button. It's not velcro.

Age 16 Is only 41 cm, that's 16 ins, so that's not quite big enough, you would need a larger shirt, but we do not stock the larger size sorry, 43 cm/17 Ins

The smallest collar would be 12.4 inches on an age 3 shirt. This is measured collar flat from centre of button to centre of button hole.
