I bought clothes and some items were missing, I called and reported it and I was told that it would take 48 hours to get my refund. Waited for over 72 hours, nothing was heard. Called back and was told that the finance team is claiming that the items have been delivered and that the case is closed. I made another report yesterday and awaiting their response. Am not happy about the way TU is handling this case

Wash, fit and wear well!
Tu school shorts are the most durable and well wearing school clothing (from a knee-sliding, OPAL son’s Mum!) They wash and fit well and my son always says they are comfortable.
