Size down, nice material, unfinished threads.

I loved this pyjama design the moment I saw them! I got gifted these for Christmas after asking for them. I was bought them in a size that felt too big (medium) I am usually a 10-12 so medium would be the right fit but these run large. After contacting TU/Argos they suggested I buy the Small size and return the Medium at the same time. When I went to Argos to pick up my Small and return my Medium, the Argos staff told me I couldn’t return the medium set there because they were bought in store at Sainsburys. Leaving me with 2 pairs of the same pyjamas and £24 out of pocket. So I made the 1 hour journey to my nearest Sainsburys store to return the medium set. It transpired that the original set were bought on a 20% clothing offer, but the no fuss colleague in store returned £19.20 to me on a gift card for the medium set. Finally I was free of the set that had been looming over me even if I was £5 out of pocket (and the time & energy of all this). I got home to wear my small set. As soon as I put them on I noticed a thread hanging off the wrist. The same evening the top button fell off the shirt and the following morning the thread on the wrist had completely unravelled so it is missing a connection stitch. So my overall review not just of the item but experience has to be a 2, and it would be a 1 if it wasn’t for the friendly, relaxed bright haired colleague in the Sainsburys on Tritton Road who brought back some positivity to the experience. I have tried to contact TU to ask about the faulty pyjamas I have now ended up with but it seems impossible to get through to anyone who can help, often being defaulted to Argos Chat Bot who was the cause of the run around in the first place.

Lovely pyjamas great material and very stylish, I had to exchange for smaller size as the length in the arms and bottoms were way to long even the smaller size was long but decided as sleepwear they would be ok.

I absolutely love these, the material and the pattern are lovely, the only problem I have is as I am 5 ft 2 inches the legs are way too long, there is like an extra piece/strip added to the bottom of the leg which has come away and all the leg has frayed 😢, so disappointing as I love them.
