Tucks run down the front placket, along the sleeves and into the skirt, working with the grain of the cord rather than across it. Scalloped picot lace edges the skirt and the sleeves, a flat rounded collar sits above a placket that buttons to the waist and the skirt tiers from there to midi length, pockets in the side seams. Bare legs and a flat sandal while it is warm, boots and something chunky over the top when it is not, it does not need much.
