If your basket is between £30 - £2000, after any deductions, it should qualify for PayPal ‘Pay in 3’ instalments. PayPal Pay in 3 is an interest-free loan that lets you split your basket into 3 payments.

1. What is PayPal "Pay in 3" Instalments? 

If your basket is between £30 - £2000, after any deductions, it should qualify for PayPal ‘Pay in 3’ instalments. PayPal Pay in 3 is an interest-free loan that lets you split your basket into 3 payments, with the first due at time of purchase and subsequent payments due every month on the same date. 2. How do I pay with PayPal 'Pay in 3'? 

Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout and we’ll redirect you to PayPal’s website. You will need to complete a short registration form if you are a new PayPal customer. This will include providing PayPal with some details including your name, date of birth, address email and your debit or credit card details. You will also need to read and accept PayPal’s terms and conditions to complete your order. If you are an existing PayPal customer, you just need to select and log in to your PayPal account on the Tu checkout page and accept PayPal’s terms and conditions to complete your order. You will receive an instant decision after some initial checks by PayPal, confirming if you are eligible to use ‘Pay in 3’ as a payment method. Collect and spend Nectar points.

You can collect and spend your Nectar points online. Collect 1 point per £1 you spend at Tu.

1. Can I use my Nectar points to pay?

Yes, you can now collect and spend Nectar points when you shop at Tu.co.uk.

2. How does Nectar at Tu work?

  • Here are a few points about how Nectar works at Tu:
  • You can collect and spend your Nectar points online and in store.
  • You can collect 1 point per £1 you spend at Tu.
  • 500 points are worth £2.50 when purchasing products through Tu.
  • Keep your eyes peeled on the Nectar app for opportunities to collect bonus Nectar points.
  • To spend or collect points online, you'll need to link your Nectar card to your Argos account (this will also allow you to sign in and shop at Tu).
  • There is a minimum spend of 500 points/£2.50 and a maximum spend of 100,000 points/£500.
  • Please note that Nectar points may not appear for up to 28 days after you place your order, so please bear with us while we add them to your account.
  • You can also add your Nectar card details at the checkout stage if you’re using our Guest Checkout service.

4. Manage your Nectar account

Already have a Nectar card? Sign in to your Nectar account to manage your account, view transaction history and check your points balance.

5. Do I get Nectar points when I shop?

Yes – it’s a great way for us to reward you for shopping with us. All you have to do is link your Nectar card to your Tu account and we’ll start adding points automatically.

To do this, simply log in to your My Account and follow the instructions. 

You can also add your Nectar card details at the checkout stage if you’re using our Guest Checkout service.

Please note that Nectar points may not appear for up to 28 days after you place your order, so please bear with us while we add them to your account.

1. What is Click & Collect?

We offer a free Click & Collect service from selected stores, no purchase limit required. With our Click & Collect service you can have your parcel delivered to any participating Sainsbury’s or Sainsbury’s in Argos store for you to collect. Once your parcel has arrived in store you will then have 7 days to collect it.

2. How & when do I collect my order?

You’ll get an email and a text from us (if you gave us your mobile number) as soon as your order is ready to collect. Once your order has arrived in store you have 7 days to collect it. Simply go to your chosen store with your order number (detailed on the email/ text).

3. Can someone else collect my order?

Yes, you will need to send your nominated person into store with your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation or the text and email we sent you to tell you your order is ready to collect), your billing address or billing postcode.

4. Can I still use your Click & Collect in store service?

Currently, our Click & Collect service is still available at all our participating stores.

If you spend £15 or over online, we offer a free Click & Collect service from selected stores. With our Click & Collect service you can have your parcel delivered to any participating Sainsbury’s or Sainsbury’s in Argos store for you to collect. Once your parcel has arrived in store you will then have 7 days to collect it.

Orders placed using our Click & Collect service will take 2-3 working days to arrive in store. For more information, please click here.
