White Heart Knee High Socks 5 Pack 12.5-3.5

I bought these for my Grandaughter for school, she loved them but on the first day of wearing them she got a loose thread and the lines between the hearts came adrift and there are 5 holes in the hearts. As she put them in her drawer we do not have the packaging, they were sent to Sainsbury’s Argos store, can I return the pair with holes in it, or do I have to return them all to get a replacement set.
