Fitting
Mixed feelings about them.
I purchased these jeans because the 1st pair that I bought were too small,(my usual size 14R), these are the next size up, 16R, and they are slightly too big, especially round the waist. The material is very soft so I'm don't know how long they will last or how they will wash, only time will tell.

Size 12 is a 79cm / 31 inch waist
Size 14 is an 84cm / 33 inch waist.
As to which is the better option for you, to a degree that's down to personal preference on fit. A size 14 would probably be a bit looser and the 12 perhaps a bit tighter.
