Black pair smaller than blue...why?
Brought the straight leg with stretch in blue last week, they are so comfortable so ordered them in black.....not sure what the difference is, but the black are way smaller. So needed to return!!

Unfortunately they were far too big all over. In the past I have had this size but obviously supplier has changed dimensions. Otherwise they looked a nice product.

Size 12 is a 79cm / 31 inch waist
Size 14 is an 84cm / 33 inch waist.
As to which is the better option for you, to a degree that's down to personal preference on fit. A size 14 would probably be a bit looser and the 12 perhaps a bit tighter.
