I bought this as I’d bought a black cord dress from Tu which I really liked. Unfortunately I didn’t like this ecru dress as the colour just didn’t suit me.

Lovely fit and good length
Such a great price for a lovely fit and good length. I got size up as I wanted it loose and maxi length for a more modest look. Honestly so comfortable and the black colour means I can wear it with almost anything. Only downside is the material collects lint, but that is typical of most corduroy items

Looks great overall
I bought it a month ago. The colour is nice and looks fantastic with boots. The only downside is that it's a bit difficult walking when you wear coat or jacket on it;it starts gathering in the front side of legs and feels stretched on the back side of them.There might be this situation as material of the product is thick.Or may be I am the only person who experienced this difficultly.

Nice dress and well done Tu for using cotton fabric not man made. Didn’t suit me due to high waistline but would suit others with different figure type. Would prefer it if the buttons continued down the whole front of the dress.

Just Love this Dress a Great Sale Purchase.
I saw this dress, loved it, it reminds me of a dress I used to wear in the 70s which I wore to death. Depending on the style I wear a 10 or 12, as it was in the sale I ordered both. Glad I did as I was hoping the elastic would fall nearer to the waist line and on the 12 it did, a bonus was the pockets. Sleeves a little long but I always have to shorten them, so that won't be a problem. I'm 5'3" and the hem line is just below my calf which I love. The cotton cord fabric is soft so it falls nicely. Looking forward to wearing it with boots. I thinking about buying it it the cream now. We'll done TU.

Fits well for us pregnant ladies
I was pleasantly surprised by this dress I bought them in different colours and they are so beautiful well stitched, good finish and they have pockets!! now that's a winner. I am 34 weeks pregnant and really short so this dress flowed down to just before my ankles, it is really flattering especially as I am really curvy. I ordered my actually size which is 12 and it fit so well and it's warm. I would definitely recommend at least will be a dress I wear even during nursing and still look nice so really I feel it's a huge value for money. I bought these on sale.
