So disappointed

Really wanted a black & white gilet and this looked good online, but I hate it. I'm 12-14 so bought Medium and it's huge. It's very stiff and coarse/rough, (reminds me of rubber backed carpet!) so not at all soft or cosy comfortable. Inside it's white. Wouldn't have bought it if I had seen/felt it in a shop. Not up to usual Tu standard.
