As good as the top brands
Bought these after an online recommendation and they are fabulous. Comfy, great sizing and look as good as the brand we all know. Plus the hole size means you can add your own charms. I've had multiple complements and they are now my go to shoe.

Mis-sized and awful customer service
I ordered a size 6, looked at the reviews, half say true to size. Wore them for 2 days and felt massive and found were unsafe due to platform plus how big they are. Noticed the sole says 40-41, meaning they're not a 6. Spoke to customer services to ask if I could exchange based on this and was met with an inflexible no. The reasons given were full of contradictions, I was also told the reviews say they run up big, and that despite them selling them inaccurately as a 6, when the shoe clearly says theyre not, I couldn't get an exchange. Even if they're meant to be "roomy" they'd be designed to be a roomy 6- not the same thing as just going up 1 or 2 sizes. The shoes themselves are great for the price, but the sizing is totally inaccurate. Incredibly frustrating experience that was a total waste of time! I wasn't listened to or understood, and left waiting ages in between responses, perhaps hoping I'd just go away!

Very comfy and super light.
My daughter loves these. They're quite neutral and go with lots of clothes. Charms also fit well. We were a bit on between sizes- they come up large but the size below was a bit small but she's happy to wear them without the strap.
