Saw this coat in store and ordered it for collection in my size. Despite being man-made, the fabric has a beautifully soft, wool-like finish with a muted, mottled tone that gives it the look of a far more expensive blend. A lovely weight to the coat without feeling heavy, and while not waterproof, I have worn it a few times in light mizzle and it performs very well. The size 10 is very roomy. I am 5ft 2½in and the length comes to mid-calf, so it does not read dramatically longer on a shorter frame.
I bought this coat to replace hooded jackets and I find it very comfortable to wear as well as making me feel more dressed on evenings out. I am very pleased with it.
