I haven't worn them yet but when I tried them on they were so comfortable. Heel is not too high which adds to the comfort.
These were a nice boot good fit and comfortable but I would say they are a little narrow for anyone with a wider foot.
However the first time I wore them the heel (base) came off. I was able to put it back by placing the plastic tags into the hole in the heel block and stamping and cautiously made it home to change.
Having ordered my usual size 6, I found this style too small so I returned and ordered a size 7. I was apprehensive it would be far too big but actually fit really nicely, albeit they feel slightly wide around my ankle but still fit under my skinny trousers! Really pleased with the colour, style and service - pick up and return via click and collect was friendly and straightforward.
