I bought this item as it looked nice, but not too warm, such as a dressing gown. Ordered one for myself online. I had good updates regarding when my order should arrive in store. Also messaged when it was ready to be collected. I was pleased with the item ( looks, fit, comfort, well sewn) so I immediately ordered another one to give as a Christmas present while it was still at a reduced price.
