Navy Ribbed Scoop Neck Top 14

Lovely autumnal pink

Soft, scoop neck tshirt, stretchy material, bit clingy so I sized up, normally a 12 bought 14. Lovely pink, good for mutedsummer.

Can't fault the product but process lacking

The top is fine - exactly what I expected. I have read that this review guidance avoids Customer Service issues, but I did what you suggested and have heard absolutely nothing. When I went to the Argos store to pick it up, on scanning the barcode the assistant told me that "they haven't put a location on it so it could be anywhere". It seemed that they would have had to look through everything for it, which they did but couldn't find it and offered me a refund and suggested I re-ordered it. As it was a sale item I couldn't. The assistant offered to phone TU but didn't hold out much hope of them being able to help and I said I'd return the next day and, if the package wasn't located I'd get a refund. As it happened, she had done a great job and found it for me. However, the reason for my poor rating is that I also emailed TU the same day asking if you could help to locate it (there were 2 items) and, to date, I haven't heard one word from you.
