Important notice – Your combined Tu and Argos account
We’ve joined up with Argos, part of the wider Sainsbury’s family, to make your experience shopping with us even better. This means your Tu account will no longer work and instead, you will need to use an Argos account to shop with Tu.
If you already have an Argos account, you can now use this on both the Argos and Tu website. If you don’t have an Argos account, you can create a new one through either website.

With a valid MasterCard, Visa, Visa SimplyOne, Electron, Maestro, International Maestro, Amex, JCB card, Nectar points, Apple Pay. You can also choose to pay via PayPal or Klarna.
Valid evoucher code or promotional codes are also accepted as part or full payment for your order. Please see the "Can I use a voucher or promotional code to pay?" section below for more information.
Please note that we only accept cards which are registered to a UK billing address.
If your basket is between £30 - £2000, after any deductions, it should qualify for PayPal ‘Pay in 3’ instalments. PayPal Pay in 3 is an interest-free loan that lets you split your basket into 3 payments, with the first due at time of purchase and subsequent payments due every month on the same date. Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout and we’ll redirect you to PayPal’s website. You will need to complete a short registration form if you are a new PayPal customer. This will include providing PayPal with some details including your name, date of birth, address email and your debit or credit card details. You will also need to read and accept PayPal’s terms and conditions to complete your order. If you are an existing PayPal customer, you just need to select and log in to your PayPal account on the Tu checkout page and accept PayPal’s terms and conditions to complete your order. You will receive an instant decision after some initial checks by PayPal, confirming if you are eligible to use ‘Pay in 3’ as a payment method. We’re sorry but you can’t use your Sainsbury’s gift card to pay online. The good news is that you can use them in our stores.
The Multi Brand Gift Card can be used in full or part for payment of products purchased in Sainsbury’s and Argos stores excluding concessions and third-party retailers (“Instore”)and online at argos.co.uk, Sainsburys.co.uk, tu.co.uk and habitat.co.uk (“Online”). This is a type of ‘one card’ Gift Card that can be used across all our brands: Sainsbury’s, Argos, Tu & Habitat.
The Multi Brand Gift Card can be purchased Instore and can be purchased at sainsburysgiftcard.co.uk or argosgiftcard.co.uk. Design of the Multi Brand Gift Card may vary.

From time to time, we may send out voucher and promotional codes that you can use to pay for part of your order. Simply add the code to your order when prompted at the checkout stage and then click ‘add coupon’.

Yes, you can now pay with Apple Pay. To use Apple Pay, you must activate it in your Apple account and device. For more information on activating Apple Pay, please click here

Yes, you can now collect and spend Nectar points when you shop at Tu.co.uk.
Here are a few points about how Nectar works at Tu:
- You can collect and spend your Nectar points online and in store
- You can collect 1 point per £1 you spend at Tu
- 500 points are worth £2.50 when purchasing products through Tu
- Keep your eyes peeled on the Nectar app for opportunities to collect bonus Nectar points.
- To spend or collect points online, you'll need to link your Nectar card to your Argos account (this will also allow you to sign in and shop at Tu).
- There is a minimum spend of 500 points/£2.50 and a maximum spend of 100,000 points/£500.
- Please note that Nectar points may not appear for up to 28 days after you place your order, so please bear with us while we add them to your account.
- You can also add your Nectar card details at the checkout stage if you’re using our Guest Checkout service.

Yes – it’s a great way for us to reward you for shopping with us. You can collect 1 Nectar point per £1 on all clothing brands on Tu.co.uk. All you have to do is link your Nectar card to your Tu account and we’ll start adding points automatically.
To do this, simply log in to your My Account and follow the instructions.
You can also add your Nectar card details at the checkout stage if you’re using our Guest Checkout service.

Most payments fail because card details were incorrectly entered or because the billing address entered at checkout doesn’t match the one on your bank statement.
Please double check all of your details and try to check out again.

If you are using a Nectar voucher, then unfortunately you are unable to be redeem these on the Tu Clothing Website. You can still use these vouchers in store on your Tu Clothing purchases.
If you’re experiencing payment difficulties on our website please be aware, if more than 3 attempts your card will be blocked to make a purchase on our website. This is in-line with our security when shopping online. Please ensure all details are entered correctly and not auto filled. Also, the name on the card must be entered exactly as appears on your card that you’re using.

We usually take payment from your bank within 15 minutes once you’ve submitted your order.
Depending on how quickly your bank processes the payment, it should appear on your statement within 48 hours, although some banks do take longer.

If you have received such an email, do not click any of the links contained within it. Simply forward it to us at TuCustomerservices@sainsburys.co.uk telling us that you’ve received a suspicious email and then delete it.
If someone calls you claiming to be from Tu Clothing or Sainsbury’s and asks you to verify payment or billing information, decline to provide the information and call us immediately on 0800 028 6658 so we can help you.

Secure Payments are systems put in place by numerous card issuers such as Mastercard Secure Code, Verified by Visa and Amex Safekey.
These systems are an extra safety measure which verify information known only to you and your card issuer.
As these systems are operated by third parties, we unfortunately won’t be able to help you if you have problems while using them. Please contact your card issuer for further assistance on how to use these systems.
First, it’s worth checking whether you definitely haven’t received your order confirmation. When looking for your order confirmation please make sure you’re checking the inbox of the email address you provided when checking out and please make sure to check your email’s junk and spam folders.

If you have placed an order with your combined Argos and Tu account, please sign in to My Account and view ‘Recent Orders’. From here, you can see all the info you need about delivery, collection and returns as well as print any of these documents for your records.

Pay in 3: Split your purchase into three interest-free instalments, with the first taken at checkout and the following two spread over 30 and 60 days.

To use Klarna’s credit products, including Pay in 3 instalments and Pay in 30 days, you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. When you choose Klarna, they will also check the information you provide and your financial situation.
Klarna offers Pay in 3 based on a number of factors such as the purchase amount, and previous order history. You can improve your chances of being offered Pay in 3 by ensuring you provide your full name, accurate address details and arrange shipping to your registered billing address. All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have been accepted for Pay in 3 before does not mean it will be offered for every order. If you have not received your goods, please call Argos customer services to check on your order and delivery status. Klarna will take the payments from your debit or credit card directly so you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Klarna will take the first payment when you make the purchase, the second 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from your purchase date. You can see your past and future payments at any time using the Klarna app.
