For school they are usable and practical. Bit rough, but washing will help feel. Not very generous in size.
Found this pair very large at the waist. We have a tall slim child so she usually has either trousers falling down at the waist or trousers halfway up her legs, they’ve now got the longer length in stock so we’ve sized down and got the length and they are much better
Bought these for my 11 year old daughter who is growing rapidly, and really didn't want another pair of super skinny trousers for school.
These are extremely comfortable, and look super smart!
Very thin material, not soft to the touch. I didn't even try these on my nearly 8 year old. Was looking for warmer, girl's school trousers as we usually get the jersey style from TU or M&S but wanted something warmer. This was not the right choice for us.
My daughter was very pleased that for once she got "girls" trousers with bow details. Like the adjustable waistband and I find that Tu is a more generous fit than some other supermarket school clothes.

Lovely school trousers, with adjustable waist. Great quality too
Repeat purchase as my daughter loved her first set. She is a particular fan of the bow belt loops. She can get changed for and after PE easily. She is tall but these trousers are a good length on her.
