Sometimes feet get a little sore and these are so comfortable although a good sturdy fit. Excellent value.
Purchased 2 pairs of slippers online and collected them instore on 6 January. They were not suitable so within 15 mins of picking them up from the Argos desk I took them back to the desk for a refund. Customers, be aware, when you ask for a refund instore, they give you NOTHING to prove you've returned them. Over 3 weeks later, and several calls to this shambolic company, I still don't have my money back. Apparently, there finance team weren't given the information that the items were returned instore. In other words, the store didn't tell them the items had been returned from themselves! Incompetence is what I would call it.
