I've never had this issue, but I had to size down! Width was fine, but far too long. Nice shoes, but strange sole which is a little uncomfortable if you don't wear socks.

Love a loafer and when these came into the sale I had to get them as I live in my cream loafers
I really like these shoes but they come up big, I could do with going down a size or half size would be great. Unfortunately I had to return them as I didn't want to wear with thick socks

It is brilliant that TU now offer size 9 ladies shoes in a wide fit - have always loved Tu shoes and been jealous of my friends and family who can fit into their normal range up to size 8- have bought every style available in 9W !!! Please do many more styles in 9w
I loved these shoes but had to return as I have am Size 8 felt they didn't look right on me, definitely would look better on more petit feet! Unfortunately had to return them.
It's such a treat to order my normal size 7 without having to go up a size to allow for my wide feet and plus l love a bit of leopard print,win win
