bigger than expected
Very good hat for price it was a bit bigger than expected the actual size of hat, I would be very wary of packaging as it does not come protected i had very few creases but i think i was lucky as i collected from sore

Unfortunately the hat arrived squashed as it was transported in a bag instead of box. So I had to return it, but I managed to pick up a replacement in store. Great buy

Sent straight back, delivered in a plastic bag. During transit was crushed beyond repair. Great hat, very poor packaging

I have ordered two of these now and both have come flattened ! I could not get the creases out and reshape the hat to look right. It is a shame as I have a beige one brought in store and love it I wanted a choice of colour. Why o why would you send a hat to store on a click and collect service in a plastic bag there is no way it could not be crushed on route . I have not got any photos of these hats as I didn't even take them out of the store
I am most upset about this service as I really wanted this hat as I can't find one like it anywhere else. A very unhappy James
